One-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty

Structural Steel Repair of Texas warrants that all labor and workmanship performed by our company will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion.If a defect in our workmanship is discovered during the warranty period, we will inspect the issue and, if determined to be caused by our workmanship, repair the affected work at no additional labor cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by vehicle impact, abuse, misuse, vandalism, or accidents.
• Damage resulting from severe weather, flooding, fire, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
• Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, or lack of routine maintenance.
• Work that has been altered, modified, or repaired by others after our completion.Materials, equipment, or components supplied by the customer or covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
• Structural failures or defects that existed prior to our work or are outside the scope of our contracted services.

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship and does not include liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.To obtain warranty service, the customer must notify Structural Steel Repair of Texas promptly upon discovering the issue and allow reasonable access for inspection and repair.Structural Steel Repair of Texas appreciates the opportunity to serve our customers and stands behind the quality of our workmanship.
